Cancellation Policy
By booking a private coaching session with IM3 Lacrosse, you agree to the following terms: Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that conflicts may arise. To reschedule or cancel your session without penalty, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-Shows If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We will contact you as soon as possible with any changes. Preparedness Athletes are expected to arrive on time, properly dressed, and ready to train. Please bring all necessary gear, including stick, cleats, water, and any additional equipment noted in your session confirmation. Conduct We expect all athletes to conduct themselves respectfully and with a positive attitude. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund of session fees.
